摘要 北京昌平科技园某办公建筑空调冷热源采用地源热泵系统,共设地下换热器320个,埋孔施工钻井深达120m。针对特殊的复杂地质情况,选择引孔加跟管的钻井施工工艺,加强关键工序的控制,保证了地下换热器的安装。 Geothermal heat pump system is used as air-conditioning cold/heat source in an office building in Changping Science and Technology Park of Beijing. 320 underground heat exchangers are set and drilling depth for buried-hole construction is 120 m. Considering the special and complicated geological conditions, drilling construction process of hole guiding plus tube following is adopted to strengthen the control on critical construction orocesses and to ensure successful installation of underaround heat exchanzer.
