棉花不同类型不育系网室蜜蜂传粉制种研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用自育的胞质不育系、引进核不育系及其亲本,在网室隔离条件下进行蜜蜂传粉试验,研究表明:繁育胞质不育系、核不育系种子产量的差异不大,核不育系×1139显著高于胞质不育系×海岛棉恢复系1304R的制种种子产量,胞质不育系中不同的不育系亲和力不同,制种产量各有不同;制种产量受蜜蜂造访频率、亲本亲和力等因素影响。 The bred cytoplasmic male sterile lines, introduced nuclear male sterile lines and their parents were chose as test material, the effect of cotton seeds production pollinated by honeybee was studied insolated net house. Results showed that: the difference of cotton seeds yield between cytoplasmic male sterile line and nuclear sterile line was not obvious, seed yield of nuclear male sterile lines ~ 1139 was higher than cytoplasmic male sterile lines x sea - island cotton restorer line 1304R obviously, different male sterile lines of cytoplasmic male sterile lines had different affinity and seed yield. Seed yield was affected by visiting frequency of bees, parental affinity and other factors, it is necessary to perfect seeds breeding system pollinated by honeybee in order to raise seed production yield.
