摘要
设计了一种采用TMS320LF2407DSP作为主控制器,集成IGBT作为功率驱动元件的无刷直流电机控制器,对电机转速和电流的双闭环PID调节。通过在跑步机上的试验表明该控制器调速性能好、响应快、精度高、扭矩大的特点。
A kind of DC brushless motor controller with TMS320LF2407 as main controller and integrated IGBT power driver component is designed, Double closed loop PID is applied to control the speed and current of motor. The result of experiment of show the controller designed has good performance of speed adjustability, quick response , higfi precision and big torque.
