摘要
开关电源中由于存在脉宽调制信号和占空比的概念而不便于做交流信号仿真,提出了利用传递函数的线性公式做等效信号源的方式来建立交流仿真模型。不用建立实际的电路和复杂的测试,只需更改仿真模型中反馈网络的元器件的参数,就能验证电源的稳定性与否。同时建立了时域仿真模型和带前馈技术的仿真模型,能够对输入电压阶越响应,输出负载电流阶越响应等做出仿真。仿真实验表明,仿真结果和理论计算具有较高的匹配度。
Due to the PWM signal and Duty cycle, it was not convenient to do AC signal simulation for switch mode power supply. Provide a solution to establish the AC signal simulation models by an equivalent signal source using the linear character of the transfer function of PWM controller and power switch. It's easy to verify the stability of the power supply by tuning the parameters of the components of the compensation networks in the simulation models without building the real circuit. Time domain simulation model is also established to simulate the response of input voltage step and load current step. Simulation results highly match theoretical calculations.
