摘要 移相全桥零电压开关变换器,是目前中大功率等级开关电源的主流拓扑,通过分析其基本原理,提出了一种基于DSP的全数字控制设计方案。采用TI新型浮点型DSP TMS320F28335作为主控芯片,完成了移相PWM的数字产生以及对输出电压的闭环PI控制。给出了DSP产生软件移相的具体控制策略和软件设计流程,并搭建了完整的小型样机,最后给出了实验波形和结论。 Phase-shift full-bridge zero-voltage-switch converter is the very popular topology of switched power supplies at high power levels. By analyzing its working principle, this paper presented a full digital control design proposal. Using TMS320F28335, TI new floating- point type DSP, as the main control chip, to generate digital phase-shifted PWM and accomplish the closed-loop PI control of output voltage. The specific control strategy of software phase-shifting arithmetic and the software design flow were given. At last, the experiment waveforms and the conclusion were provied.
