摘要 系统采用PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)作为触点和变频器的控制单元。用LabVIEW作为上位机,为系统提供友好的人机交互界面。以模糊自适应PID算法和模糊控制理论为基础,设计了一套优化的智能供水系统。该系统能够减少能量浪费,提高水压稳定性。实验结果表明,该系统运行状况良好,性能优越,验证了其有效性和可靠性。 The system adopts PLC (Programmable Controller) as the controller, it is used to control all contacts,frequency inverter. This paper adopts the LabVIEW to provide friendly man-machine interface. It uses the fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm and the fuzzy control theory as the control strategy, then a kind of optimization intelligent water supply system is designed based on them. This method can reduce energy waste and improve stability of water pressure. As the system operation results shows, the performance is superior, thus it can verify its validity and reliability.
