术中失血回输技术在颅内动脉瘤手术中的应用

Application of intraoperative lost blood collecting and autoblood transfusion technique during operation for intracranial aneurysm

目的探讨术中失血回输技术在颅内动脉瘤手术中的应用及效果。方法回顾性分析52例采用术中失血回输技术的颅内动脉瘤手术患者,观察术中出血量和回输血量情况,比较患者术前和术后血液学指标变化。结果52例患者术中出血量为350～1 600 mL,其中出血量<500 mL 17例,平均回收血量(327±25)mL,回输血量(215±20)mL;500～1 000 mL 32例,平均回收血量(786±36)mL,回输血量(475±29)mL;1 000～1 600 mL 3例,平均回收血量(1 250±38)mL,回输血量(846±32)mL。所有患者均未出现输血相关并发症;术前和术后血液学指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术中失血回输技术在颅内动脉瘤手术中的应用安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of intraoperative lost blood collecting and autoblood transfusion technique during operation for intracranial aneurysm. Methods The data of 52 cases who were given intraoperative lost blood collecting and autoblood transfusion technique during operation for intracranial aneurysm were retrorespectively reviewed.The volume of intraoperative blood loss and the autoblood transfusion was observed and the changes of hematological indexes were compared before and after the operation. Results The lost blood volume of 52 cases during operation was 350-1 600 mL.The volume of blood loss was less than 500 mL in 17 cases,and the mean volume of recovery of blood was（327±25）mL,the mean volume of autoblood transfusion was（215±20）mL;the volume of blood loss was 500-1 000 mL in 32 cases,and the mean volume of recovery of blood was（786±36）mL,the mean volume of autoblood transfusion was（475±29）mL;in 3 case,the volume of blood loss was 1 000-1 600 mL,and the mean volume of recovery of blood was（1 250±38）mL,the mean volume of autoblood transfusion was（846±32）mL.No complication associated with blood transfusion was found in all the patients,and there was no statistically difference in hematological indexes before and after the operation（P0.05）. Conclusion The intraoperative lost blood collecting and autoblood transfusion technique during the operation for intracranial technique is safe and effective,so it is deserved to be used widely in clinic.
