喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗Tourette综合征疗效观察

Effect of quetiapine combined with paroxetine on patients with Tourette syndrome

目的观察喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗Tourette综合征的临床疗效。方法 60例Tourette综合征患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组患者给予喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗,对照组单用喹硫平治疗,疗程8周。采用耶鲁抽动症状严重程度量表(YGTSS)评定治疗效果,采用症状量表(TESS)评定安全性。结果治疗前2组YGTSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组YGTSS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗后观察组YGTSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2、4、6、8周末2组TESS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喹硫平联合帕罗西汀治疗Tourette综合征安全可靠,疗效好。

Objective To study the clinical effect of quetiapine combined with paroxetine in the treatment of patients with Tourette syndrome. Methods Sixty patients with Tourette syndrome were divided into observation group and control group,thirty cases in each group.The patients in observation group were treated with quetiapine and paroxetine,the patients in control group were treated with quetiapine,the two groups all were treated for eight weeks.The curative effect was measured with the Yale global tic severity scale（YGTSS）,and the security was assessed by treatment emergent symptoms scale（TESS）. Results There was no statistical significance in YGTSS score between two groups before treatment（P0.05）.The scores of YGTSS in two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment（P0.01）.The score of YGTSS in observation group was lower than that in control group after treatment（P0.05）.The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group（P0.05）.There was no statistical significance in TESS scores between two groups after 2,4,6 and 8 weeks treatment（P0.05）. Conclusion Quetiapine combined with paroxetine is safe and effective in treating Tourette syndrome.
