摘要
目的:研究EGCG诱导人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞凋亡前后,其蛋白质的差异表达。方法:采用SELDI-TOF-MS技术检测EGCG诱导SMMC-7721细胞凋亡后的相关蛋白变化。结果:EGCG作用前的人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞与作用后的SMMC-7721细胞相比,蛋白分子量高表达的有16个,低表达的也有16个。结论:EGCG作用肝癌细胞前后确实存在差异表达蛋白,这可能有助于EGCG诱导肝癌细胞凋亡机制的研究。
Objective To investigate alteration of proteomic expression in apoptosis of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721induced by EGCG.Methods The proteomic expression profiles of SMMC-7721 cells were detected by SELDI-TOF-MS.Results There were 16 up-regulated and 16 down-regulated proteins in SMMC-7721 cells compared with apoptosis of SMMC-7721 cells.Conclusion EGCG really can alter the expression of apoptotic protein in human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721 ,which may contribute to apoptotic mechanism in hepatoceUular carcinoma cell.
