广西百色市城区0~6岁学龄前儿童微量元素分析

摘要 目的:了解百色市城区0~6岁学龄前儿童微量元素情况。方法:采用原子吸收光谱法对百色市城区五所幼儿园和随诊的共1 554例0~6岁儿童进行钙、镁、铜、铁、锌5种微量元素的检测并统计分析。结果:锌缺乏47例(3.02%),铁缺乏24例(1.54%),钙缺乏34例(2.19%),<1岁婴儿缺锌率及缺铁率明显高于其他两组儿童,4~6岁儿童钙的缺乏明显高于其他两组儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:婴幼儿由于生长需要易引起锌、铁、钙的缺乏,且不同年龄段微量元素缺乏有所不同,应定期健康体检,有针对性的摄入营养,同时应指导儿童养成良好的饮食习惯,以保障儿童健康成长。
