彩色多普勒超声在小腿肌间静脉血栓形成诊断中的应用

Appliance of color Doppler ultrasound in calf muscular venous thrombosis

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在小腿肌间静脉血栓形成中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析60例单纯小腿肌间静脉血栓形成的彩色多普勒超声表现。结果:1条肌间静脉血栓形成者34例,2条以上肌间静脉血栓形成者26例,血栓形成前状态14例。结论:彩色多普勒超声能够准确显示小腿肌间静脉血流状态、血栓形成情况,为临床治疗提供影像学依据。

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in calf muscular venous thrombosis.Methods 60 patients with simplex calf muscular venous thrombosis were retrospectively studied by color Doppler ultrasound.Results 34 patients were calf muscular one item venous thrombosis.26 patients were calf muscular more two item venous thrombosis. 14 patients were before state of thrombosis of calf muscular venous.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can show state of blood flow and blood clots form,type,location of calf muscular venous and Color DopPler ultrasound can offer precise diagnostic information for the clinical treatment.
