急性肾后性肾功能衰竭的诊疗处理

Acute renal failure after the diagnosis and treatment of renal handling

目的:探讨急性肾后性肾功能衰竭的诊疗处理。方法:回顾性分析37例肾后性急性肾功能衰竭(PARF)患者的临床资料,总结诊疗处理方法。根据不同病情分别行急诊输尿管镜碎石(URL),输尿管逆行插管或经皮肾造瘘(PCN)。所有病例监测血肌酐(Cr)和尿素氮(BUN)。结果:术后全部患者血Cr和BUN进行性下降,恢复到正常32例,氮质血症3例,尿毒症1例,死亡1例。结论:导致急性肾后性急性肾功能衰竭的原因众多,以结石、肿瘤、前列腺增生进行性尿潴留为主。急诊处理原则为解除梗阻,改善肾功能。待肾肾功能恢复后,针对不同病因进行治疗。

Objective Acute renal failure after renal clinic treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis was 37 cases of renal failure after acute renal（PARF） in patients with clinical data of treatment approach.Under different conditions were emergent ureteroscopic stone（URL）,retrograde ureteral catheter or percutaneous nephrostomy（PCN）.All patients monitored creatinine（Cr） and blood urea nitrogen（BUN）Results All patients with postoperative serum Cr and BUN were decreased,returned to normal 32 cases,3 cases of azotemia,uremia in 1 case,and l died.Conclusion Lead to acute renal acute renal failure after a host of reasons,to stones,cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia for urinary retention based.Principles of emergency treatment to relieve obstruction and improve renal function.Renal function recovery until after treatment for different causes.
