摘要
目的:探讨在外科病区设立二线值班对培养高层级护理人才的效果研究。方法:2009年12月通过二线值班准入考核,选择16名护士担任二线值班,实施前对其进行综合能力考核及岗前培训,2010年1月开始实施二值夜班,实施1年后对其进行综合能力考核。结果:实施后护士在理论、操作、抢救、管理、组织、应急、沟通等方面均优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:设立二线值班有助于提升高层级护士的组织能力、管理水平、质控能力以及应对突发事件的能力,有效促进了护理人才的整体素质的培养,为开展优质护理服务示范工程提供有力的保障。
Objective To explore the effect of supervisor nurse duty institution in cultivating high-level nursing talents.Methods Choose 16 sophisticated nurses among the surgical wards through a entrance test which was held in December 2009.The institution was started at January 2010.We make overall competence assessments after the trial.Results The nurses that chosed got significant progress in operation, emergency savi ng,organization,administration and eommunication(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Building supervisor nurse duty institution heighten the nurses' power on organization,administration,quality control and emergency dealing,promote the overall quality of nursing talents and make powerful assurance to the construction of high quality nursing service demonstration project.
