电子期刊出版问题及高校馆藏资源建设路径分析

An analysis of electronic periodical publications and construction way of university library resources

中外文期刊数据库在高校图书馆电子数据库中占绝对主导地位,主要采用集群网络化的出版模式,长期以来存在时滞过长、同质化严重、完整性不足、稳定性不高、保有性不佳等突出问题.从电子期刊与纸质期刊和谐统一、特色馆藏与一般馆藏关系建设、虚拟馆藏与现实馆藏协调发展、期刊文献资源实现共建共享等方面出发,分析了电子期刊建设的有效路径,提出了一些切实可行的解决办法.

Chinese and foreign periodical database in university library electronic database had been accounted for a dominant position, mainly the cluster of network publishing model. For a long time, there existed prob- lems such as long time delay, homogeneity, integrity, stability, and serious shortage problems. From the elec- tronic periodical and harmonious unity, the characteristic collection and general collection relationship con- struction, virtual collection and real collection, the harmonious development of the periodical literature re- sources to achieve the co-construction and sharing, etc, there were analyzed the effective and valid construc- tion ways of electronic journals, and some feasible proposals were also put forward.
