研究汽车排气净化贵金属催化剂及其装置的特征和现状,制造出效率高、消声效果好的实用产品,怠速工况下CO净化率80～95%,CH净化率60～85%,消声效果比原消声器下降2dB(A).本产品已通过技术鉴定并批量生产.

A catalyst supported precious metals and a device for purifying automobile engine exhaust gases were investigated. The practical product with high efficiency of purification and good effect of noise elimination has been trial-produced. The conversions of CO and HC are 80～95 and 60～85% respectively for idle mode. The effect of noise elimination has decreased by 2 dB(A) as compared with that of initial muffler. This product was passed the identification of the provincial and municipal level and has produced in botches.
