摘要
目的:探讨全程康复训练对手外伤后功能恢复的影响。方法:103例手外伤患者术后进行全程康复训练。结果:本组103例手外伤患者随访12～49个月,平均随访26.1±3.2个月,经全程康复训练手功能恢复优36例、良57例、可7例、差3例,优良率90.2%。结论:全程康复训练有助术后手功能恢复。
Objective:To evaluate Value of normalized vocational rehabilitation on the recovery of the hand’s function after trauma.Methods:103 patients suffered from a hand trauma were trained basing on the normalized vocational rehabilitation system. Results:All the cases were followed up from 12 months to 49 months with an average of 26.1±3.2 months.The results were excellent in 36 cases,good in 57 cases,fair in 7 cases and poor in 3 cases out of the 103 cases.The rate of both excellent and good was 90.2%. Conclusion:The patients with a hand trauma can benefit from the normalized vocational rehabilitation system.
