子宫内膜息肉血管内皮细胞生长因子的表达及血管生成与术后复发的关系 被引量:1

Correlation between Expression of VEGF,Angiogenesis and Postopretive Recurrence of Endometrial Polyp

摘要 目的:探讨子宫内膜息肉术后复发与息肉中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的表达及血管生成的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测68例行宫腔镜诊治并取得随访的子宫内膜息肉患者术后石蜡标本VEGF和血小板一内皮细胞私附因子一1(CD31),用全自动图像分析系统检测息肉组织的CD31微血管计数(MVQ),对参数进行综合分析。结果:子宫内膜息肉术后复发与VEGF表达、CD31微血管计数均呈正相关关系(2相关系数分别为0.422,0.446,P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜息肉VEGF表达、息肉血管生成可能对子宫内膜息肉术后复发有重要作用。 Objective:To study the relationship between expression of vascular endiothelial growth factor(VEGF),angiogenesis and postopretive recurrence of endometrial polyp.Methods:The expression of VEGF and platelet endothelial cel adhesion molecule-1 (CD31)was detected in 68 postoperative paraffin embedded polyp samples of endometrial polyp which have been resected with complete hysteroscopy using immunochemistry techniques.The microvascular quantity(MVC)was analyzed quantitively by Kontron IBAS 2.5 image auto-analyses system.Results:Expression of VEGF were compared with expression of CD31 and postopretive recurrence in double blind fashion.Conclusions:The postoperative recurrence of endometrial polyp which were resected with hysteroscopy are positively related to expression of VEGF、CD31MVC.
