IVIg联合糖皮质激素治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效观察

Clinical Observation of IVIg Joint Glucocorticoids of ITP

目的:观察糖皮质激素联合丙种球蛋白(IVIg)静脉注射治疗成人特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床效果。方法:选取2008年1月～2011年12月我院收治的50例ITP患者,随机分为治疗组(25例)和对照组(25例):对照组给予糖皮质激素方案规范治疗;治疗组在上述治疗措施的基础上加用IVIg400mg/kg·d-1静脉滴注,疗程5天。结果:对照组总有效率76%,治疗组总共有效率达92%,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素联合丙种球蛋白(IVIg)静脉注射治疗成人特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)较单用糖皮质激素疗效更好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of immunoglobulin(IVIg)joint glucocorticoid use for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods:Select 50 cases of ITP patients from January 2008 to December 2011 in our hospital, Divided into the treatment group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases).The control group use glucocorticoid therapy alone;the treatment group in the corticosteroid therapy on the basis of additional IVIg400mg/kg·d-1 for 5 days.Results:The total effective rate was 76%in the control group,the total effective rate was 92%in the treatment group,the difference Has Statistics Significance(P<0.05). Conclusions:The clinical efficacy of immunoglobulin(IVIg)joint glucocorticoid use for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP)is better than glucocorticoid therapy alone.
