摘要
目的:通过模拟口腔致龋条件,借助扫描电镜及偏光显微镜的观察,以探索氟保护漆抑制离体牙釉质龋的效果,比较2种浓度氟保护漆在预防牙釉质龋方面是否存在差异性。方法:选取20颗清洁好的无龋的左上第1前磨牙,随机分为A、B、C、D4组,每组5颗。A、B组为实验组(0.1%氟保护漆组和0.5%氟保护漆组),C组为阳性对照组(0.2%氟化钠组),D组为空白对照组(去离子水组),通过扫描电镜及偏光显微镜观察氟保护漆防龋效果及比较2种浓度氟保护漆抗龋效果的差别。结果:A、B组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);而A、B组与C、D组之间存在极显著性差异(P<0.0001);C、D组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:氟保护漆抑制离体牙釉质龋优于阳性对照组和空白对照组,且2种浓度氟保护漆对抑制离体牙釉质龋效果无显著性差异。
Objective: To observe the effect on two concentrations of fluor protectors of preventing caries by scanning electron microscope and polarizing microscope. Methods: 20 noncarious the upper left first premolar divided into four groups: 0.1% fluor protector and 0.5% fluor protector were applied to the experiment groups, while 0.2% sodium fluoride and deionizer water were applied to control groups, the effect of preventing caries was observed and the difference of effect of anticaries was compared by scanning electron microscope and polarizing microscope. Results: It was observed that there was no destruction in the fluor protector group, but local holes and an irregular type of destruction were found in sodium fluoride group and deionizer water group. Conehmions: Both two different concentrations of fluor protectors are strong in inhibiting demineralization of teeth. There is no significant difference between two different concentrations offluor protectors in anticaries effect.
