摘要
在知识经济时代，大学创新创业教育成为高等教育转型的新思路。虽然国家一直提倡大力培养造就高水平创新创业人才。但是我国目前大学生创业成功率仅为1％左右，而且在面对高等教育的转型及开展大学生创业教育等问题上，尚未达成统一认识，因此有必要对相关理论进行回顾与梳理。国外许多高校已由最初的教学与研究型大学演变为创业型大学，这些大学从基础研究转向创业活动有两种途径：一是由于研究本身所激发的创新，一是由于外在需求所驱动的创新。受到不同社会文化背景的影响，大学的创新与创业教育模式各有不同。我国大学的创新创业教育应结合具体实际形成自己的特色。
Graduate innovation and entrepmneurship has become new path for higher education transformation in the era of knowledge economy. Although Chinese government emphasizes the necessity of fostering innovative and entrepreneurship talents, the success rate of graduate entrepreneurship is only around 1%. Besides, there is no common ground for this matter. The purpose of this paper is to present main ideas, concepts, theories and practices related to entrepreneurial university, which will help Chinese universities to develop their characteristic model for graduate innovation and entrepreneurship.
