摘要
正处于生长发育阶段的中职生，其体育态度及行为将关系到他们的体育参与健康水平。本文通过对厦门部分中职生的体育态度及行为的调查，来探讨目前中职生体育参与中的各种现象及原因。以引导中职生积极、科学地参与体育锻炼。提高中职生身心健康水平并为教育部门制定政策提供建议。
In the growth and development stages of vocational students, their sporting attitude and behavior related to their sports participation in a health level. Sports attitude and behavior of the vocational students in Xiamen section of the survey to investigate the participation of the occupational health and sports is currently in various phenomena and the reasons. To guide the vocational school students in a positive, scientific participation in physical activity, improve secondary vocational students, physical and mental health and provide recommendations for the education sector policy formulation.
