中职生身心发展正处于由动荡逐步趋向成熟、稳定的关键时期，不同程度地存在这样或那样的心理问题，影响着他们身心的健康发展。本文通过对一个中职教育个案的分析，希望能够探寻解决中职生心理问题的途径。
