摘要 数学课堂是一个动态生成的过程,是师生、生生之间交流互动与共同发展的场所。教师只有灵活对待个体差异,才能促成充满变化、富有生机的数学课堂。在数学课堂上“以生为本”,利用教学课堂的生成性资源,充分利用学生‘墩”学生的学习方式,让学生在学习过程中教会别人,共同提高。这是一种充分发挥学生的主体性、“化生为师”的促进教师“教”的课堂教学形式。文章对此进行了探讨。 Mathematics classroom is a dynamic process generated by teachers and students, between life and interaction and common development of the place. Teachers only treat individual differences in order to promote full of changes, vibrant mathematics classroom. In math class, "Students First", the use of generation resources in classrooms, take full advantage of the students to "teach" the way students learn, the teaching of the students in the learning process and others to jointly improve. This is a full play to the subjectivity of students, "change student to a teacher" for teachers to promote "teaching" in the form of classroom teaching. The article discussed about this.
