摘要
《国家药品安全"十二五"规划》从国务院高度对完善执业药师制度提出了具体要求和保障措施。面对新医改和国家药品安全规划发布的重大机遇和挑战,执业药师主管部门需要创新机制,深入贯彻落实规划要求和各项措施。执业药师需要进一步调动积极性和创造力,用专业的药学服务来积极履行指导合理用药与药品质量管理的重要职责。执业药师只有以自身拥有的专业知识取信于顾客和患者,得到公众和社会的认可,才能获得应有的社会地位和更好地发挥作用。
The Twelfth Five-year Plan for National Medicine Safety proposed the specific requests and support measures to improve the licensed pharmacist system. Facing the great opportunity and challenge of the new medical reform and the twelfth five-year plan for national medicine safety, the administration departments of licensed pharmacist need to improve the mechanism, carry out the measures and implement the plan fully. Licensed pharmacists should bring their enthusiasm and creativity into full play, perform their duties in guiding the rational drug use and drug quality management in the practice of pharmaceutical care. Licensed pharmacists can acquire proper social status and play a better role only when winning the trust of customers and patients with their vrofessional knowledge.
