烧伤患者静脉留置针封管方法的探讨

Method of sealing the venous indwelling needle in burned patients

目的探讨烧伤患者静脉留置针的封管方法。方法选择需用静脉留置针的烧伤住院患者60例,随机分为对照组、实验组各30例。观察并比较2组静脉留置针平均留置时间、平均封管时间及堵管,静脉炎的发生率。结果观察组和对照组静脉留置针的平均留置时间、平均封管时间及堵管、静脉炎的发生率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论烧伤患者使用静脉留置针的开关和应用输入的液体进行封管的方法可行,实用,效果满意。

Objective To explore the method of sealing the venous indwelling needle in burn patients.Methods A total of 60 hospital- ized burn patients for whom venous indwelling needle was applied to was randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group,compare the average indwelling time of the venous indwelling needle,the average time of sealing the tube and the incidence of phlebitis and tube plugging.Results there is no statistical difference in the average indwelling time of the venous indwelling needle,the average time of sealing the tube and the incidence of phlebitis and tube plugging between two groups,P〉0.05.Conclusions the method of applying to the switch of venous indwelling needle and the input fluid to seal the tube in burn patients is feasible,practical and the effect is satisfactory.
