翻身单在危重患者护理的应用研究

Effect of applicating the sheet to turn over the critically illed patients

目的探讨翻身单用于危重患者翻身的效果。方法将急诊科与ICU收治的危重患者共167例随机分为观察组(n=92)和对照组(n=75),观察组采用自制翻身单进行翻身,对照组采用传统的徒手翻身法,比较2组时间、劳动强度及患者皮肤损伤的发生率。结果观察组时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.001),劳动强度下降(P<0.001),对照组患者皮肤损伤发生率为26.7%,而观察组皮肤损伤无发生。结论翻身单不仅能减轻护士的劳动强度、提高工作效率,而且能保持床单位的整洁、增加患者的舒适感和安全性。

Objective to explore the effect of the sheet applied to turn over the critically illed patients.Methods a total of 167 pa- tients in ICU and emergency were randomly devided into two groups,with 92 cases in the observation group and 75 cases in control group.Patients in the control group was turned over with homemade sheet,while their counterparts in the observation group was turned over with traditional hand turning method,then compare the time of turning over the patients, the labor intensity of the nurses and the incidence of skin injuries in patients.Results the time used in turning over the patients was shortened in the control group（P〈0.000）, compared to the observation group,the labor intensity of nurses also decreased（P〈0.000）,besides,the incidence of skin injuries in the observation group was 26.7% while there is no happens in the control group.Conclusions the homemade sheet can not only alleviate he labor intensity of nurses but also can promote the work efficiency,in addition,the homemade sheet method can also keep the sheet clean and increase the comfort and safetv of the patients.
