New development of Outlook on Scientific Development since 17th Party Congress

十七大以来,党在如何对待马克思主义、转变发展方式、改革开放、建设社会主义新农村、建设社会主义先进文化、建设社会主义和谐社会、实现祖国完全统一、外交工作、统一战线、党的建设以及建设中国特色社会主义等问题上提出了新的思想观点,这些新的思想观点丰富和发展了科学发展观,开拓了科学发展观发展的新境界。

Since 17th Party Congress, the Party has come out with new ideas on how to deal with Marxism, transforming the mode of development, reform and opening up, building a socialist new countryside and an advanced socialist culture as well as a socialist harmonious society , realizing the complete reunification of the motherland, diplomacy, the United Front , the party building and the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which have enriched and developed the Outlook on Scientific Development and opened up a new frontier for it.
