"十二五"期间,国内商业银行零售业务将面临一些较好的发展机遇,同时,还将伴随着严峻的市场挑战。文章在系统分析当前国内商业银行零售业务面临的机遇、挑战、优势、劣势的基础上,提出了"十二五"期间国内商业银行零售业务应采取的客户开发与服务策略,业务组织与推动策略以及支持保障策略。
In the "12th Five-Year" period, the domestic commercial bank retail business will face a number of good opportunities for development.
