摘要
采用数值模拟方法,借助AnyCasting软件模拟了镁合金离心力场下的充型流动过程,研究了立式离心力场下离心转速、浇注温度和模具预热温度对AZ91D镁合金熔体充型流动的影响。结果表明:随着离心旋转速度的增加,合金熔体的充型能力增强,浇不足的缺陷得到改善;实验过程中浇注温度和模具预热温度对合金熔体充型时间影响不明显;研究了镁合金的流动性,结果表明实验结果和模拟结果相吻合。
Numerical simulation method was carried out to simulate the mould filling process of magnesium alloy in centrifugal force field and the influence of centrifugal casting parameters such as rotational speed,pouring temperature and die temperature on mold-filling capacity of AZ91D alloy was studied by using Any-casting software.The results got from the simulation process show that in the temperature range,pouring temperature and die temperature have little influence on the mold-filling capacity of AZ91D alloy,while rotational speed has great influences on it.The mold-filling capacity of AZ91D alloy increases with the increase of rotational speed,with Misrun preventing at large.The experimental studies were used to investigate the liquidity of magnesium alloy,and the experiment results were in accordance with the simulation results.
