摘要
研究了不同钙含量对铸态下医用Mg-6%Zn-x%Ca镁合金的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着钙含量的增加,合金的晶粒尺寸明显变小,显微硬度明显提高;能谱分析发现,钙主要分布在晶界处,也有少量钙溶解于α-Mg固熔体中。热模拟实验表明,成分为Mg-6%Zn-3%Ca的镁合金抗压强度和屈服强度最高。
The influences of different Ca conlent on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-6%Zn-x%Ca magnesium alloys were investigated.The results indicate that Ca as-cast alloys grain size diminishes and micro hardness improves with the increase of Ca content.The EDX analyzing show that Ca mostly exists in the grain boundary,little in α-Mg matrix.The hot simulation experiment results show that the Mg-6% Zn-3% Ca magnesium alloy has the best compression strength and yield strength.
