压铸铝合金汽车前罩壳缺陷分析与工艺改进 被引量:8

摘要 分析了铝合金压铸件前罩壳产生气孔、缩孔的原因,缺陷主要是工艺不完善造成的。增加渣包,解决了零件中央密封槽的气孔缺陷;增加挤压销,解决了M6螺孔的缩孔缺陷。工艺改进后的生产实践表明:中央密封槽的气孔缺陷比例小于0.5%,气孔大小由准φ3mm减小至准φ0.5mm,螺孔的缩孔缺陷为零。 The formation mechanism of porosity and shrinkage defects of aluminium alloy die casting for the auto former shells was analyzed.The defects were mainly caused by the imperfect process.Porosity defects in the central seal grooves of the parts were tackled by increasing slag ladle and the shrinkage defects in the M6 the threaded hole were settled by increasing extrusion pin.The production of modified process shows that the defects of porosity in the central sealing groove are less than 0.5%,the pore sizes are reduced from φ3 mm to φ0.5mm,the shrinkage defects of the threaded hole are completely disappeared.
