摘要
基于Dynaform软件,在保持拉延筋阻力为430N/mm的条件下,采用正交试验对某车型前门板的拉深成形的压边力、冲压速度、拉延筋深度及摩擦系数进行了优化设计,得到了成形结果较好的工艺参数组合:压边力300kN,冲压速度3000 mm/s,拉延筋高度5mm,摩擦系数0.1。
Based on Dynaform software and orthogonal test,the blank-holder force,drawing speed,depth of drawbead and friction coefficient of front door panel in the drawing was optimized when drawbead resistance was 430 N/mm.The optimum parameters combination is blank-holder force 300 kN,drawing speed 3000 mm/s,depth of drawbead 5 mm,friction coefficient 0.1.
