摘要
采用热模锻成形柴油机气门桥可以使其内部组织细密,碳化物和流线分布合理,改善工作性能。为了提高生产效率,采用1模2件的生产方式,切边后辅以机加孔得到工件。建立零件模型,数值模拟了成形过程,分析了气门桥成形的充填效果、温度场、成形载荷,对成形工艺方案的优化及最终确定有重要指导意义。
Diesel engine valve bridge hot die forging can make internal microstructure compact and distribution of carbide and flowline reasonable,to improve performance.In order to improve production efficiency,double-cavity symmetrical method was used,combined with machining after trimming to form through-hole structure parts.Building part models to simulate the forming process,results were analysed to predict the filling effect,temperature field,forming load.The results have an important significance on optimization and finalization of the forming process.
