摘要
对变质处理的白口铸铁分别采用常用的铸铁焊条Z308、焊条J507和焊丝ER308(TIG)进行焊接,并通过焊接接头金相分析、显微硬度测试等方法对比分析了其焊接性。实验结果表明:采用高鉻镍不锈钢焊丝ER308焊补铸铁焊接性最好;焊条J507在600℃预热,焊接电流90~100A时,焊接接头成型良好,硬度较高,焊接成本较低,适合白口铸铁的焊接。
The welding of modification white cast iron was carried out by the frequently-used welding rod of cast iron Z308,welding rod J507 and solder ER308(TIG).The weldability of the welded joint was researched by the analysis of microstructure and hardness testing.The experiment results show that the ER308 welding wire's welding performance for weld-repair iron is best,when preheating J507 at 600℃ and the welding current for 90-100A,and the welded joint is favorable.
