摘要 采用SYSWELD模拟软件对X70管线焊接进行数值模拟,建立了体积组合热源分析模型,确定热物理参数变化规律,模拟计算出焊缝区焊接应力变形的分布规律,求得应力变形最危险位置,为探索管线焊接规律提供了有益的帮助。 Using SYSWELD simulation software to simulate the welding of X70 pipeline,the model of volumetric heat source was established,the variation of thermal physical parameters was determined,and the distribution law of stress and deformation in the weld zone was determined,and then the most dangerous position was obtained,which can provide an useful help to explore the laws of pipeline welding.
