摘要
以玉米为原料,研究了玉米清汁饮料的加工技术。结果表明,焙烤温度为160℃,焙烤时间和浸提时间为40 min,浸提温度为100℃,制作的玉米清汁饮料呈透明状、色泽亮黄,具有独特的玉米焦香味、口感柔和。
Using corn as raw material,the key processing technology of the corn juice beverage is researched.The results show that baking temperature,extracting temperature,baking time and extracting time is respectively 160 ℃,100 ℃,40 min and 40 min.The corn juice beverage are transparent,bright yellow,with unique corn coke fragrances,soft taste.
