摘要
培养具有何种特质的人才,是确定教育目的的基本依据。问题在于,人才类型与教育类型都有自身发展的内在规律。当二者发展到已偏离最初的样式,相互之间不甚匹配时,是否还能以人才类型作为教育目的的判定依据?基于此,高职教育目的应合理上移,界定为为某些职业岗位培养人才,提供优质的人力资源,并促进身心发展。在此基础上,不同层次、类型、规格、地域的高职院校可以自行确定更细化的人才培养目标。
