摘要
美国中东政策的基石一以色列的安全,将成为奥巴马对外战略实现东移的难以逾越的障碍。尤其在总统大选年的国内政治中,无比强大的以色列和犹太游说势力,以及共和党对奥巴马外交政策的全力攻击,有望形成对奥巴马外交战略转向的明显制约。
