扇形组织瓣在修复下唇缺损中的应用体会

Application experiences of reconstruction in patients with lower lip defect by fan-shaped tissue flap

以唇动脉为蒂供血的扇形组织瓣,主要适用于上、下唇2/3以上的缺损或全唇缺损,或近口角处的缺损。应用扇形组织瓣经临床治疗11例下唇缺损在2/3以上的患者,效果良好。其优点:破坏小,愈合快,颜色自然、美观、唇外形及功能恢复正常。

There are several methods to repair lower lip defect formed by resection of malignant tumour in clinical practice.Based on anatomic studies, we design fan-shaped tissue flap with labial artery pedical for lower lip reconstruction in which the defect of lower lip is lager than 2/3 width or the defect of angle of lips.The result is good after curing 11 cases, and this method has following advantages： healing rapidly, the shape and colour of lower lip is normal with satisfactory aesthetic result, function of lip recovery.
