摘要
用 V( N,N-二甲基甲酰胺 ) ∶ V( 1,4-二氧六环 ) ∶V(二甲基亚砜 ) =5∶ 2∶ 1混合溶剂溶解试样 ,利用 Waters Nova- pak C18色谱柱 ,以 1 ,4 -二氧六环 /甲醇 /水=1 5/45/40 (体积比 )混合溶液为流动相 ,对 1 -硝基蒽醌样品进行了高效液相色谱法分离与分析研究。在所确定的色谱分离体系中 ,样品中各组分全部出峰且基本上达到了基线分离 ,对定量方法进行了讨论 ,加标回收率除 1 ,7-二硝基蒽醌外其它组分均在 95%以上 ,相对标准偏差 RSD≤0 .6 8% ( n=5) ,方法已用于实际样品的测定。
CHEN Jing wen (Yancheng Institute of Technology,Yancheng 224003),Fenxi Shiyanshi,2000,19(2):37~39 Abstact:The 1 nitroanthraquinone samples were dissolved by mixed solvent DMF/DOP/DMSO (5/2/1) and the high performance liquid chromatographic separation and quantitative analysis were investigated with Waters Nova pak C 18 column using the mixed solvent, DOP/CH 3OH/H 2O (15/45/40),as eluent . With the proposed chromatographic separation system,the components in the sample could be baseline.The recovery of each component is above 95% except for 1,7 (NO2)2AQ, which is 88%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD%) are less than 0.68%, ( n =5).The method was applied to the determination of industrial 1 nitroanthraquinone samples with satisfactory results.
