摘要
综述了超临界流体萃取技术的原理、优点及其在果品资源功效成分提取方面的应用与最新研究成果,展望了SFE在资源综合利用方面的应用前景。
In this paper, basic principle and characteristics of Supercritical Fluid Extraction（SFE） is introduced. It also indicates the application of SFE in the extraction of fruit functional components and the latest researches. The application prospect of SFE in comprehensive utilization of resource.
