摘要
对焦化厂现行的几种蒸氨供热方式对能耗及污染物排放的影响进行了分析评述。焦化厂蒸氨供热方式决定蒸氨过程能源消耗及污染物排放的数量,因此已引起业界的广泛关注。本文结合实践,对管式炉加热循环废水蒸氨工艺进行了重点介绍,为焦化厂选择供热方式提供参考。
The ammon water distillation process,energy consumption and contaminant discharging capacity are determined by heat supply way of ammon water distillation in coke plate,which has been noticed widely in this industry.The paper evaluates the effect of the remaining heat supply ways on energy consumption and contaminant discharging capacity and at the same time emphatically introduces ammon water distillation through heating circulating waster water in tubular furnace based on author's experiences.
