摘要
分析了小方坯铸坯表面擦伤的原因,从标准化操作优化,精益化设备维护和改善结晶器镀层质量等方面提出了控制措施,有效控制了擦伤缺陷。
The reasons of billet surface scratch are analyzed in this paper and some control measures are also put forward from standardized operation optimization,equipment maintenance and the mould coating quality,which effectively control the scratch defects.
