摘要
"运动休闲市场营销"是应用型运动休闲人才培养的核心专业必修课程,学生通过这门课程的学习获得就业前必备的职业能力。但这门课程在教学过程中存在诸多问题,需要进行课程改革。根据应用型人才培养的内在规律及课程改革实践探索,文章提出了以学生需要为本位、以工作导向为基础、以提高实际操作技能为目的的三个改革原则,找到了以营销策划为主线确定教学内容、与学生创业大赛相结合激发学习动机、以实际经营项目开发作为任务驱动的三条改革途径。
Leisure Sport Marketing is a major required and core subject of practical leisure sport talents training,from which students acquire vocational abilities.However,there exist a lot of problems in the teaching.According to the rule of practical talents training,three reform principles are suggested:student-centered,job-oriented,and operational abilities improved.And meanwhile three reform approaches are proposed:course content in line with marketing planning,learning motivation combined with venture contest,and task driving by practical project development.
