苏州菜肴历史悠久,独具特色。多年来,苏州菜在苏州有一定影响和地位,但其不够张扬,创新能力不强。文章论述了苏州菜餐饮市场现状,并提出了苏州菜今后的发展思路。
Suzhou cuisine is unique and has a long history.For many years,Suzhou food has certain influence and status in Suzhou,but is not penetrating and innovative enough.This paper introduces the status quo of suzhou food catering market,and gives advice on its future development.
