高职院校专业教学团队建设的微观思考——以苏州农业职业技术学院食品营养与检测专业为例

Microcosmic Consideration about Teaching Team Building

教学团队建设是高校师资队伍建设的重要内容,是促进教学改革工作的重要抓手。文章立足食品营养与检测专业院级教学团队建设工作,分析了建设基础、建设过程中存在的问题及今后的重点,明确提出了以专兼结合优化队伍结构、以课程建设为抓手提升教科研能力、以实训条件建设提升"双师"培养质量等具体措施。

Teaching team building is an important part of the faculty building of universities and colleges,and also a key to teaching reform.This paper makes a case study of the college-level teaching team building in the major of food nutrition and detection in Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture,analyzing its foundation,problems,and the focus of future.It suggest that we should optimize the structure of the team with both full-time and part-time teachers,improve teaching and scientific research ability with curriculum construction,and promote the quality of dual-qualification teachers with training facilities.
