摘要
从生态学角度研究了果翅、温度、盐分和干旱胁迫等因素对白梭梭种子萌发的影响,结果表明:去除种翅能显著促进种子萌发,无翅种子比有翅种子萌发速率快(P<0.05),提早1 d达最高萌发率。变温条件有利于种子萌发。白梭梭种了萌发率随着NaCl浓度增加而降低,但在0.9 mol.L-1的浓度中仍有2%的种子萌发;将未萌发的种子移至蒸馏水中后,部分种子可以萌发,在较低浓度盐溶液(0.05~0.6 mol.L-1)中培养的种子其萌发恢复率低,而高浓度(0.7~1.0 mol.L-1)中培养的种子其萌发恢复率高。在较低程度的干旱胁迫下,白梭梭种子迅速萌发,而较高程度的干旱胁迫下种子萌发受抑制,在PEG浓度50%时不萌发;同等干旱胁迫程度下,无翅种子比有翅种子萌发率高。
From an ecological point of view,effect of winged perianth,temperature,salt,drought stress and other factors on seed germination of Halaxylon persicum were studied.Result shows that: removing seed wing can significantly promote seed germination;seeds without wing have faster germination rate(P0.05) than that of winged seed;seeds without wing can reach the highest germination rate a day earlier than winged seed.Variable temperature conditions are favorable for seed germination.Seed germination of Halaxylon persicum decrease with the increase of NaCl concentration,but 2% of the seed can still germinate under concentration of 0.9 mol·L-1;some seeds can germinate while non-germinated seeds were moved to the distilled water;germination recovery percentage of seeds cultured in lower concentrations of salt solution(0.05-0.6 mol·L-1) is low;germination recovery percentage of seeds cultured in high concentrations(0.7-1.0 mol·L-1) is high.Seeds of Halaxylon persicum germinate quickly under lesser degree of drought stress;seed germination of Halaxylon persicum is inhibited under greater degree of drought stress;seeds can't germinate in 50% PEG;germination rate of seeds without wing is higher than that of winged seeds under the same degree of drought stress.
