APEX-10在有机烟叶生产中的应用初报

A Preliminary Study on APEX-10 in Organic Tobacco Production

为了探索美国天然有机液态生物营养素APEX-10在我国有机烟叶生产中的作用,在湖南桂阳县进行了灌蔸和喷施APEX-10大区对比试验。结果表明,APEX-10能提高烟株株高、茎围、叶长、叶宽以及鲜叶中还原糖和叶绿素含量,增加烤后烟叶产量600 kg/hm2,增幅达53.33%;APEX-10能促进烟株根系生长发育,可增加根际土壤中细菌、真菌、放线菌等微生物数量及微生物总活性,明显提高植烟土壤中碱解氮、有效锌和有效硼含量。

A field experiment was conduct to investigated the effect of natural organic liquid biological nutrient APEX-10 from USA on organic tobacco production in Chenzhou,Hunan province.The results showed that APEX-10 could increase the tobacco plant height,stem width,leaf length and width,reducing sugar and chlorophyll contents in fresh leaves.APEX-10 also increased cured leaf yield 600 kg/ha,or by 53.33%.APEX-10 stimulated tobacco root growth and obviously increased microbial activities in rhizosphere and soil available nitrogen,zinc and boron contents.
