基于居里温度的输电线路连接点感温指示器研究 被引量:7

摘要 输电线路是电力系统的重要组成部分,其运行状态直接决定电力系统的安全和效益。为了监测线路接点的温度变化,设计了一种基于居里温度特性的输电线路接点感温在线指示器。利用铁氧体材料的温感特性和温度变化改变磁场力大小的原理,设计了温度指示装置,保证在温度达到设定值时,具有明显颜色标识的报警指示套部分跳起,便于巡视人员及时发现,掌握输电线路接点的温度变化,避免事故的发生。实验室测试及实践证明,此装置受外界环境温度影响小,动作误差低,能有效地监控输电线路连接点的温度,进而达到提高输电线路输送能力的目的。 Transmission lines are important parts of power system,their operation decided directly those of the power system security and efficiency.In order to monitor the operation temperature of contact nodes in the transmission lines,an online indicator based on Curie temperature characteristics was designed.Using the temperature sensing characteristics of ferrite material,and the principle that temperature changing will change magnetic field force,the temperature indicating device was developed.It ensures that an alarm indicating cap portion jumped up as soon as the temperature reaches the set value,the alarm indicating cap portion was coated with conspicuous color,so facilitate patrol staff will found in time and then master the changing the transmission line contact temperature to avoid accidents.Tests in laboratory and operation experience had shown that the device could effectively monitor the temperature of transmission lines as to improve the transmission capacity of transmission line.
