摘要
制度、道德与人性密切相关。对人性之善恶的预设既是道德教育不可规避的核心命题,也是制度安排必须回答的前沿问题。制度安排中包摄的行为规则、人伦规范和道德诉求,对人性的塑造和改造之效不可低估。制度安排影响着人们对道德教育中所含规范的认同程度,关涉到道德教育所处社会环境的优化状况,决定着道德教育所需成本的高低。要促进个体道德完善,提升社会道德水准,调动个体的道德自觉固然重要,得当的制度安排亦不可缺。
System, morality and humanity are closely related. The preset of good and eviL of humanity is the inevitable core proposition of moral education and the forefront issue which system arrangement must answer. System arrangement contains behavior rules , ethic criterion and moral appeals which are very important to the shaping and transforming of humanity. System arrangement affects peopleg degree of agreement which is contained in moral education, relates to the optimization of social environment condition of moral education, and determines the cost of moral education. Promoting individual moral perfect, increasing social moral standard and mobilizing individual moral self-consciousness are important, appropriate system arrangement is also indispensable.
